“Give Burns The Boot”®

“Give Burns The Boot”® is an annual campaign in which more than 100 fire departments throughout the State join together and collect funds to benefit the organization’s mission and programs.

The GFBF supports a “Give Burns The Boot”® Investment Credit Program through which participating fire departments receive 10% of the funds collected to be used towards fire safety/burn prevention programs in their communities.

Departments now have the opportunity to collect online toward their department’s normal boot drive efforts.  This will include having the ability to offer a credit card alternative to those you come across that don’t have any cash on them, or to groups (i.e., schools and civic groups) that may want to form a sub-team under your team in an effort to raise money on behalf of your department.

With each department having their own boot drive fundraising page the possibilities are endless!  Please keep in mind too, that whatever you raise online will be added to the overall boot drive total that your department will receive 10% back on through the “Give Burns The Boot”® Investment Credit Program.
